Return and Refund Policy

Whether you are utilizing our Prep Master professional tools, our Smart Cooking innovative gadgets, or our Home Essentials daily stoneware, we want your culinary experience to be seamless.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist. Please review our detailed policy below, tailored specifically to the nature of our high-quality kitchenware.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (including all protective foam, inserts, and branded boxes).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Collection-Specific Conditions

Given the specialized nature of our product lines, the following specific requirements apply:

  • Prep Master Collection: For hygiene and safety reasons, any cutlery, sharpening tools, or food-contact prep surfaces (like cutting boards) must remain in their original vacuum-sealed or factory-taped packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used for food preparation.

  • Smart Cooking Collection: Items featuring electronic components or mechanical moving parts must be returned with all original manuals, charging cables, and accessories. If the item is being returned due to a technical malfunction, please specify the nature of the fault in your initial email.

  • Home Essentials Collection: Ceramic, glass, and stoneware sets must be returned in their entirety. We cannot accept partial returns of individual plates or bowls from a curated set. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent breakage during the return transit.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (The "Arrived Broken" Guarantee)

Tableware is inherently fragile. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., chipped porcelain or cracked glass), please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Take photos of the exterior shipping box (showing the shipping label).

  • Email these details to support@khonbahuay.com.

Once verified, we will issue a complimentary replacement or a full refund for the damaged portion of your order, including shipping costs.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow this protocol:

  • Step 1: Contact Us. Email our support team at support@khonbahuay.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Authorization. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

  • Step 3: Packaging. Securely pack the items. Please note that Khonbahuay is not responsible for items damaged during the return trip due to inadequate packaging.

  • Step 4: Shipping. Send the package via a trackable shipping service.

5. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns from the Home Essentials collection that require extensive repackaging or inspection.

6. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper washing (e.g., putting non-dishwasher safe items in the dishwasher), or accidental drops.
