  • It is carefully repacked in its original packaging (including any custom foam inserts or protective boxes critical for safe transit).

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is included.

2. The Return Process

  • Authorized Returns: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will supply you with detailed instructions and the correct shipping address.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Please be aware that any packages sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

3. Allocation of Shipping Costs

  • Quality Issues: If a return is due to an error on our end (for example, you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect decor piece), Toxxcovnw assumes full responsibility for all return shipping costs.

  • Personal Preference: Should you decide to return an item simply because of a change of mind, the customer assumes responsibility for the return postage. Original shipping fees collected at checkout are non-refundable.

For customers residing within the European Union, you hold the legal right to cancel or return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a justification. The returned items must still comply with our standard "unused" and "original packaging" conditions.

  • Processing Timeline: Please grant our team up to 10 business days to complete the internal refund procedure. Once issued, your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to officially post the funds to your account.
