  • Sharpness: Our knives arrive professional-grade sharp. Khonbahuay is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to use cutting boards.

  • Heat Conductance: Cookware must be used with appropriate thermal protection. Damage caused by "dry burning" is not covered under warranty.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. All kitchenware items purchased from Khonbahuay are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for items stolen after confirmed delivery.

16. Hygiene and Return Policy for Kitchenware

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, kitchenware that has been used for food preparation, washed, or has had its original protective seals removed cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is proven. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific instructions on unused items.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
