As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility, we will send you a shipment notification containing your unique tracking number to monitor its transit progress.

4. Package Tracking

Once your order is on its way, a dedicated tracking link will be emailed to your registered address. You may trace the journey of your package through our storefront or directly via the carrier's tracking portal. Kindly allow up to 48 hours for the initial logistics data to populate in their system.

  • Lost or Stolen Deliveries: Toxxcovnw cannot assume liability for packages marked as "Delivered" by the official shipping carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking indicates a successful delivery but the parcel is missing, we strongly advise checking your immediate surroundings, speaking with neighbors, or contacting the local carrier office immediately.
